Pekka bought a Mk1 Golf a few years ago, but never had much time to work on it. It was partly dismantled. Now the plan is finally to get it back on the road.

At some point, someone wanted more light in the cabin and fitted a rather impressive sunroof.
A bonnet with just the right curve donated a patch for the hole in the roof.
We formed a small recessed flange around the opening so the patch could sit flush. It'll be bonded in.
